Ingredients
16 ounces of crushed pineapple (canned)
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
7 slices of white bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the butter, egg, sugar and pineapple in a bowl. Add the torn up bread and mix until all the pieces are covered.
Pour the mixture into a small, greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top and then bake for 45 minutes.
