Ingredients

1 pound sweet potatoes

1 egg white

2 teaspoons chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/4 in by 1/2 inch strips.

Beat the egg white in a bowl and add the chili powder, garlic powder & onion powder. Add the potatoe strips and toss to evenly coat.

Place potatoe sticks in a single layer on a backing sheet coated with non-stick spray (you may need 2+ sheets).

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
