Ingredients

3 cups fresh orange juice, blood orange juice or tangerine juice

4 tablespoons grenadine

Juice of 1 lemon

1 cup Champagne

Stemmed maraschino cherries (1 per pop)

1 orange, peeled & cut into thin rounds

Preparation

  1. Pour orange juice, grenadine, lemon juice, and Champagne into pitcher, stir, let sit 5 minutes.

  2. Put cherry & orange round into each mold, pour orange juice mixture into molds, and insert stick.

  3. Freeze for 12 hours, remove from freezer, let stand room temperature 5 minutes before mold removal.
