Ingredients

1/2 kg mincemeat(veal and pork)

50gr butter

1/4 cup rice white

1/2 onion chopped

1 egg

bit of chopped parsley

juice of 2 lemons

salt

pepper

water

optional veal stock

Preparation

you put the meat in a bowl , add salt and pepper, 1/8 cup rice, the onion, the egg, parsley. mixed this and make it small balls.

you put water in a sauce pan with the stock , salt, pepper, butter, the rest of the rice and you boil it. when the water starts to boil you put in the meat balls, you boiling it in medium heat for 40min. when it is done you put in the lemon juice .
