Ingredients

1 jar mincemeat

2 apples

2 oz brandy

1/3 cup raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Warm brandy and pour over raisins. Allow to plump. Dice apples. Mix mincemeat, apples, raisins, and brandy in bowl. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Top with top crust and bake for 30 mins. or until crust is golden.
