Ingredients
3/4 cup sliced carrots
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup agreen beans
1/2 cup whole grain macaroni
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 qt. water
1 cup tomato puree
3/4 cup cooked kidney beans
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 1/2 Tbsp chopped scallion
1 tsp. basil
4 Tbsp. veg. Broth seasoning
Preparation
Throw it all into a pot and simmer until carrots are tender, about 50 min.
