Ingredients
1 package ( 17 1/2 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1 (5 inch) brie round, cut into 32 chunks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cutt each puff pastry sheet into 16 squares.
Spread 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves on each square.
Place chunk of brie on one side of square, fold over opposite edge, seal with a fork.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until pastry is light golden brown.
