Ingredients
1½ pounds softened cream cheese
1 Cup sugar
3 eggs
¾ tsp vanilla
18 vanilla wafers
Preparation
Beat cream cheese well. Add sugar a little at a time; add eggs one at a time; add vanilla Combine thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Pour filling over wafers, filling ¾ full. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit or chocolate.
