Ingredients
3-8oz Cream Cheese
3-Eggs
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Box Foil Mini Cups
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
29oz Pie Filling of your choice(blueberry, cherry, peach, strawberry)
Preparation
Place one vanilla wafer in a baking cup. Add cheese filling to 1/4 from top. Put 1 tsp filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and refrig. 1 jar pie filling makes 2 recipes.
