Ingredients

12 Vanilla wafers

2 8oz. Cream cheese, softened

1/2C Sugar

1 t Vanilla

2 Eggs

Preparation

  1. Line muffin tin with foil liners.
  2. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Pour over wafers, filling ¾ full and bake 25 minutes at 325°.
  4. Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate. Be creative!
