Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker or chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 14 ounce can or less Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Fruiot preserves or fresh fruit
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300F Greaser paper lined 2.5 inch muffin cups. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and press equal portions into bottoms of prepared muffin cups. In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened milk until Smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix wellSpoon equal amounts of mixture about 3 tbsp into prepared cups.
Bake 20 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched or until set. Cool Chill. Garnish with fruit preserve or fresh fruit if desired. Regfrigerate leftovers.
