Ingredients
Scones:
2 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp milk
Preparation
Scones: Preheat oven to 400.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Pour in whipping cream. Mix in or knead by hand, until just combined.
Flour surface. Divide dough into 2 sections and pat into rounds. Note: score each round first with a knife into 4ths, then 8ths. Cut then bake for 9-11 minutes.
Icing: Mix together until a thin icing consistency forms, then drizzle over scones.
