Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Shape into small balls. Brown on all sides in a tablespoon of oil.
If using spaghetti or other sauce, bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat, add meatballs then cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
