Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1tbs + 1 1/2 tsp flour
1 1/2 tsp expresso
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/1/2 tsp vanilla extract
wafer cookies
Preparation
oven 275°
line muffin tin with papers in a food processor combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, cocoa, flour expresso and vanilla. Blend at least 4 minutes.
Fill tin papers and cover with cookie bake 25-30 minutes
