Ingredients

1 package of parmesan shreds

1/2 cup mayo (do not use fat free or light, use the real deal)

1/4 tsp or more of red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Dash of extra virgin olive oil and enough olive oil to baste undersides of bread slices

Small french bread loaf or any loaf of Italian bread

Preparation

1)Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside 2)Slice thin bread slices at an angle to form oblong pieces 3)Brush the undersides of the bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet (this makes the bread crispy on the bottom during baking) 4) Place enough of the mixture on top of the bread slices to cover bread and bake until cheese turns slightly golden and has melted. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
