Ingredients
1/2 bag of whole wheat pita bread (white works well too)
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
4 tablespoons of good quality balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons of organic honey
2 teaspoons of gourmet mustard
Preparation
Cut all the mini pita breads in two. Put in the convenction oven and toast until golden brown, about 2 minutes. In the mixing bowl, put all the ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Remove pita from oven, and brush the balsamic mix over the bread. Serve warm or at room temperature.
