Ingredients
1 Uncooked pie crust
5 Slices of crisp-cooked bacon
3 Eggs
1/4 C Sour cream
1/4 C Grated cheese
1/2 t Grated onion
1/4 t Poppy seeds
1/8 t Pepper
Preparation
Shape pie crust into a rectangle, cut into 2" squares. Press each square into a 1-inch muffin cup
Put a small amount of bacon into each cup. Beat eggs with sour cream. Stir in other ingredients; pour into muffin cups
Bake at 425 F for 5 minutes, then 325 F for ~12 minutes. Can be served hot or cold
