Ingredients
2 c cold water
1.5 c sugar
3/4 c lemon juice
6 mint sprigs
5 c ice cubes
2.5 c ginger ale, chilled
Lemon slices and mint to garnish
Preparation
Combine water, sugar, lemon juice & mint; stir well. Let stand for at least an hour. Strain and discard mint. At this point you can refrigerate this concentrate for later use. To serve, place ice cubes in glass or pitcher, add equal amounts of lemon concentrate and ginger ale.
