Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (see Cook’s note)

Whipped cream

Chocolate syrup, for garnish

Preparation

Combine the ice cream and milk in a blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour the shake into a glass and stir in the chocolate chips. Top with the whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Cook’s note: Since the chips in the ice cream get pulverized in the blender, we’ve added extra chips for texture and even more chocolate flavor.
