Ingredients
3 cups Almond Milk
1 Avacado
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp cocoa powder
3 dates
1 tbsp Agave Syrup or more to taste
10 ice cubes
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
Mint Leaves for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Add first six ingredients to blender and blend until very smooth. Add ice until crushed. Add cocoa nibs and mint leaves before serving.
