Ingredients
1 tablespoon white or yellow miso
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Whisk together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Serve with poached, sauteed, steamed, roasted, or grilled fish. Aioli can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3 days.
