Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 1/2 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 tablespoon miso (preferably aka or awase)
Ice cream, cake, or tart, for serving
Preparation
Pour scalding-hot cream over chocolate; let stand 1 minute. Whisk in miso until smooth.
