Ingredients

Marinade:

2 Cups Miso (available at asian market)

1 Cup Sake Kasu (available at asian market)

Ingredients:

2 Salmon fillets or tail

Preparation

Combine and mix together the Miso and Sake Kasu and place into a large tupperware. Place the salmon in the marinade and cover the salmon completely. Put in the refrigerator for 3 days.

After 3 days, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take salmon out of tupperware and scrape off excess marinade. Cover a baking tray with tinfoil and place salmon pieces. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
