Preparation

Sauté 1/2 cup sliced carrots and 1 cup sliced mushrooms in a pan coated with cooking spray until tender, 6 minutes. Boil 4 cups water; reduce to a simmer; add 1 tbsp organic shiro miso paste and 1 sheet nori, torn into small pieces (Eden Foods makes both); cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; add veggies. Sauté 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast strips in a pan coated with cooking spray for 10 minutes. Combine chicken and broth in a bowl.
