Ingredients
1 box brownie mix
1 large bag mini marshmallows
1 small can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
Prepare brownies as directed on package. Put mini marshmallows on to of hot brownies. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
