Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 lb Italian sausage (casing off)

1 green pepper (chopped)

1 Lg Velveeta cheese (.5 mexican .5 regular)

1 Tsp oregano

1 Tsp garlic salt

2 loaves Rosens cocktail rye

Preparation

-brown meat, spices, and pepper -melt Velveeta into mixture -mix meat mixture in mix-master -place 1.5 Tbls mixture on bread

-bake breads on cookie sheet @ 350 until cheese is brown (10min)
