Ingredients
1 Cup walnuts, chopped
1 package Ramen noodles. Uncooked broken up
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 bunch broccoli coarsely chopped
1 package mixed greens or spinach
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup sweet and sour dressing
Sweet and sour dressing:
1 cup veg. oil
1 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
3 tsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Lightly brown noodles and walnuts in butter. Cool on paper towel. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend all dressing ingredients. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
