Ingredients
Two bunches of kale and 1 big bunch collard greens
6-8 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
Two small lemons
2-4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 bunch green onion
Preparation
In a large heavy pot heat olive oil add greens while lightly seasoning with fresh cracked black pepper & sea salt as greens are added. Cover with heavy lid, and let simmer on a low flame for about five minutes. Add the juice of 1 lemon & vinegar, then toss, season again and cover. Adjust flame downward as necessary, and let sit on low.
