Ingredients
6 cups pealed diced tomatos
2 medium yellow onions, diced
2 Tbs. olive oil

1/3 cupred wine vinegar +or-
1/2cup lt brown sugar "
1/4 cup molasses
2 large cloves garlic
1 Tbs marjorum
1 Tbs oregano
2-3 good spriggs basil
1 teaspoon cinemom
3-4 cloves
2-3 splashes worchestershire
sauce
salt pepper to taste
Preparation
Sautee onions in olive oil till translucent, add all other ingredients except basil and simmer till tomato flesh has broken down.Add basil and simmer a few more minutes. Remove cloves and basil spriggs. Ladle into sterilized jars and process in water bath for ten minutes. I made two batches of this,my amounts varried as they were dependant on what my garden provided, both were yummy though the ingredient porportions were a little different. Wing it !
