Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts.
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. Janes Crazy mixed up salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
In a food processor combine lemon juice and oil. Blend together and add all spices. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate over night if possible. A few hours will work, but overnight is better.
Prepare grill to med. Grill chicken 11 minutes per side (depending on thickness) so there is no pink inside. Baste once or twice while grilling.
