Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup or maple syrup
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp coffee liqueur or brewed strong black coffee
2 Tbsp unbleached white flour
3 large eggs
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup toasted pecans
Preparation
Preheat over to 400
Place all filling ingredients, except the pecans, in a blender and puree until chocolate chips are completely ground and everything is smooth.
Pour filling and pecans into a 9 " graham cracker pie crust. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
