Ingredients

1 2/3 cup flour

1 1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup hot cocoa mix

1/2 cup smuckers sundae chocolate syrup

1 1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1 cup water

1/2 cup oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tbsp. vinegar

Will need icing to put on afterwards**

Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Mix all ingredients together until it is well blended. 3. Fill cupcake cups half way full, and put them in the oven. 4. Bake for 25 minutes. 5. After you take them out, take them out of the pan and let them cool for about 15 minutes. Then you can put icing on them.
