Ingredients
2 ½ oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Simple Syrup - or use 2 Sugar Cubes and a 1 tbsp. Soda Water
8 Mint Sprigs
Juice of 1 Lime
Ice
Preparation
Place mint sprigs in tall cocktail glass. Add simple syrup, or 2 sugar cubes and soda water, and smash or muddle the mint leaves. Add ice, 2 ½ oz of Light Rum, and juice of 1 lime. Stir ingredients to thoroughly incorporate and to distribute the mint leaves. Add a lime wedge garnish and ENJOY!
