Ingredients
2-4 fresh mint sprigs
2 teaspoons extra fine sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 jigger rum (about 1 1/2 Oz)
Club soda
for garnish: fresh mint sprig and lime slices
Preparation
In a tall glass using back of a spoon crush mint with sugar and lime juice until sugar is dissolved, then stir in rum.
Add ice cubes and top off with club soda.
Stir and garnish.
