Ingredients
3-4 Sprigs of Fresh Mint, plus extra for garnish
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Lime, cut into 2 wedges, plus extra for garnish
1 Tbsp. Rose’s lime juice
2 ounces light rum
club soda or seltzer
ice
Preparation
Place mint and sugar in cocktail shaker. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, crush mint leaves to release their flavor and mix with sugar. Squeeze in juice from lime wedges and drop fruit in. Add ice, Rose’s lime juice and rum, fill glass with clud soda or seltzer. Shake vigorously to blend and serve garnished with an additional mint and lime wedge.
