Ingredients

Black Beans:

1 lb pkg of Black beans

2 qt Water

garlic

onion

jalapeno

Mojo marinade:

1c olive oil

1c White wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp black pepper

juice of one large lime

juice of one sour orange

Preparation

Marinate the chicke pieces in the Mojo (refrigerated) for at least 2 hours After the Beans are soaked put them in a pot and simmer for about 4 hours with the garlic, onion and jalapeno, careful with the chilles as they tend to heat thing up. You will have beans left over, I like to mash them and make refried Black Beans and serve with tortillias and chiles.
