Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough. Roll into balls the size of a large walnut. dip tops in sugar. Sprikle each cookie with 2 or 3 drops of water. Bake on a greased baking sheet. Bake 375 for 8 - 10 minutes.
