Ingredients

1/2 c. molasses

1/4 c. coarse-grained Dijon mustard

2 T. apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

1 t. salt

4 3/4 lb. pork tenderloins

Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Combine first four ingredients; brush half of mixture over pork. Cover and chill eight hours. Also chill remaining glaze. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill loins on grill rack at 350 - 400 degrees with lid closed for 18 - 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160. Turn once and baste with reserved molasses during the last eight minutes.
