Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1 3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup butter

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 cup shredded unsweeteded coconut

2 3/4 cups oatmeal

Preparation

Stir milk, sugar, butter and cocoa in heavy bottomed pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 3 minutes. This will quickly boil over - pay attention. Remove from heat and stir in coconut and oatmeal; blend completely. Drop large teaspoonfuls onto wax paper lined cookie sheets. Store in fridge.
