Ingredients

6 granny smith apples

1 bag of cranberries

1 small lemon

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1/2 package craisins

Preparation

Peel and dice the apples. Put them, the cranberries, the lemon (sliced and de-seeded, with rind on), sugar and water in big pot, bring to a boil. Then simmer for 15-20 mins, listening for cranberries to make popping sound. Wait for mixture to thicken then cool and store. It says to serve it cold but I’ll serve it warm I think.
