6 oz. semi-sweet 70% dark Ghirardelli chocolate (chopped)
6 oz. unsalted butter (diced, room temperature)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup flour

- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar, until it starts to whiten.
- Stir melted chocolate into egg/sugar mix, then stir in flour.
- Butter 4 individual ramekins and pour chocolate batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
