Ingredients

Crust:

2 cups sifted flour

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

1 cup butter, softened

Filling:

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Crust: Mix all crust ingredients. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degeres for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Filling: Beat eggs, sugar, and lemon juice. Sift flour and boking powder, stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust and bake for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
