Ingredients

4 Ripe Banana’s

1 cup Sugar

1 stick Butter

2 eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

1.25 cup flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

1 tsp salt (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Cream sugar and butter together, in a large bowl, until fluffy. Add bananas, eggs, and vanilla and blend well. In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix into wet ingredients. Put into greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes.
