Ingredients
1 loaf round bread
1 lb soft sharp cheddar
1 1/4 oz blue cheese
2 Tablespoons margarine
1/2 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Tablespoon tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
1 cup beer
Preparation
Cut a circle out of the top as a lid. Scoop bread out of crust carefully. Break bread into good sizes for dipping and put in basket covered with cloth. Heat margarine. Saute onion and garlic. Mix in cheese, heat slightly, and add other ingredients. Mix, but do not overheat. Scoop into bread bowl and serve with pieces of bread.
