Ingredients
2 cups sharp cheese, grated fine, packed
1 1/3 sticks butter, room temp
2 cups flour
1 t baking powder
dash salt
several dashes cayenne pepper
Preparation
Cream butter and cheese together. Sift dry ingredients, kneed into cheese. Put in star-shaped cookie press. Put close together in 2 pans. Bake 50 minutes at 250 degrees.
