Ingredients
1 med yellow onion
1 lb ground beef/chuck
1 packet Williams chili seasonings
minced fresh garlic
chili powder (optional)
1 can:
tomato sauce
tomato paste
diced tomatoes with basil & seasonings, undrained
rotel with green chilies, undrained
chopped green chilies
red kidney beans, drained
3/4 cup ketchup
Preparation
Saute onion. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add ground beef/chuck. When brown, add the Williams chili seasonings. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add extra chili powder if needed. Add canned ingredients. Add ketchup and water. Bring to bubbling, then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for a few hours.
