Ingredients

1 ribs with fat

scallion

ginger

1 to 2 cans of beer

1 to 2 rock sugar

Preparation

  1. Boil water with ginger and scallion. Add ribs in water about a minute. Discard water and rinse clean ribs under cold water.

  2. Lay ribs in a flat pan and pour in beer. Add ginger, scallion, and soy sauce on high heat until boil. Simmer for about 3 hours.

  3. Add rock sugar and reduce liquid. Turn up heat as required. Baste ribs with remaining liquid until even color throughout.
