Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp red curry paste
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp ginger, grated
fresh basil, chopped
fresh mint, chopped
Salmon filet
Preparation
Mix first 2 ingredients together and marinate on salmon in fridge.
Cook salmon on hight heat for 10 mintues or until just done. 500’C or bargeque on top rack on high heat.
Mix last 4 ingredients together and serve chilled on top salmon.
