Ingredients

1/2 lbs ground pork

1/2 lbs ground beef

1 cabbage

1 Korean/Chinese cabbage

1 Bok Choy

3/4 lbs bean sprouts

1 carrot shredded

1 celery stalk sliced

4-5 green onions sliced

1 can bamboo shoots - dice

1 pkg rice noodles

6-8 Garlic cloves minced

Sweet Soy Sauce (from Thailand)

Vegetable oil

2 pkgs spring roll or egg roll wraps

Preparation

Soak rice noodles in water and set aside. Wash and slice cabbages and bok choy into thin slices. In a large bowl, mix all sliced cabbage and bok choy with carrots, celery, green onion, bamboo, and been sprouts.

Strain rice noodles and cut into 2-3 inch lengths.

In a large wok or pan, brown pork and beef with garlic. Add sweet soy sauce to taste. Stir in vegetable mixture and rice noodles. Mix thoroughly. Wrap in spring roll or egg roll wraps and fry.

Serve with sweet chilli sauce (from Thailand).
