Ingredients
1 - block of FIRM, low fat Tofu
1T - Celery seed
4T - Sweet relish
1t - Curry powder (add more to taste)
1t - Garlic powder (no salt)
1t - Mrs. Dash (lemon flavor)
3T - Spicy brown mustard
2T - Vegenaise (vegan Mayonnaise)
Preparation
Drain Tofu on a few sheets of paper towels for about 20 minutes. Next, use your hands to smash the tofu in a large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Serve cold. Should last at least 5 days in the refrigerator.
